1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vt8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the vt8 website, mobile interface, and any related services offered under the vt8 brand at vt8.my.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the vt8 platform from Bangladesh, including but not limited to players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. By using vt8 from any location, you accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and vt8. Where these Terms are silent on a matter addressed in a supplementary policy, the supplementary policy shall apply.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vt8 platform and close your account. Continued use of any vt8 service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of use.

Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation or interpretation in another language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on vt8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing vt8 on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of vt8, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a vt8 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order that you have placed on your own account through vt8's responsible gaming tools.
• Your participation in real-money online gaming does not violate any law, regulation, or court order applicable to you in your place of residence.

vt8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (NID), birth certificate, or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by vt8 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Age Verification Process

All players are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before their first withdrawal is processed. The age verification component of KYC requires submission of a government-issued photo ID confirming date of birth. Where the document submitted is unclear, expired, or inconsistent with registration details, vt8 will request additional documentation before clearing the account for withdrawal.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming on vt8, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes after registration.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on vt8. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, vt8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonus balances, and withhold winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. vt8 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not reused across other services. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify vt8 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

vt8 implements OTP-based two-factor authentication for logins from unrecognised devices. This feature is active by default and cannot be disabled by the player. Any activity that occurs on your account prior to you notifying vt8 of a compromise will remain your financial responsibility unless vt8 determines that a platform-level security failure caused the breach.

KYC Verification Requirements

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. The standard documents required are:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — both sides.
• A selfie photograph holding the NID alongside your face, taken on the day of submission.
• In some cases, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered to the same mobile number used on vt8).

vt8 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 business hours of receiving a complete and legible document submission. Players will be notified by email or live chat when verification is complete or if additional documents are required.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on vt8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vt8 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. The following payment methods are approved for use on the vt8 platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Local Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposit Rules

The minimum single deposit on vt8 is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your vt8 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmed receipt from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact vt8 support with your transaction reference number.

vt8 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may deduct a transaction fee on their end, which is not controlled by or refundable by vt8.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as your vt8 account and has been verified during the KYC process. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard processing time for verified accounts is 1–4 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time business days; bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete faster than bank transfers.

vt8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are made shortly after a large deposit without sufficient gameplay, or where the account shows patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse. Such checks may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.

Responsible Use of Deposits

Players are strongly encouraged to set deposit limits via account settings to manage their spending. Deposits made to vt8 are for the purpose of real-money gaming entertainment only. vt8 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on deposited funds. Funds deposited and not used for wagering remain available for withdrawal at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free bet credits awarded by vt8 are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount). Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the offer's terms and conditions at the point of opt-in.

Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of activation, within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain in a bonus wallet at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods are stated in each offer's individual terms.

Bonus Abuse

vt8 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing low-risk bets that lock bonus funds while circumventing wagering intent (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event simultaneously); using bonus funds on excluded game categories; and systematic exploitation of free bet or cashback offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, vt8 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings without prior notice.

Promotional Calendar

vt8 publishes seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar, including Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh offers, Victory Day free bet credits, and BPL cricket season promotions. These seasonal offers are subject to the same general bonus terms set out in this section and will carry additional conditions specific to each campaign.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games and betting markets offered on vt8 are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider or, in the case of sports betting markets, by vt8's own sportsbook rules as published in the relevant betting section of the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a player's understanding of a game rule and the published rule, the published rule shall prevail.

Bet Acceptance

vt8 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion without stating a reason. Bets accepted in error (for example, at clearly incorrect odds due to a system or data feed error) may be voided by vt8 after the fact. Players will be notified and their stake refunded if a bet is voided. vt8 is not liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of reliance on an erroneously displayed price.

Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on vt8 cover BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and all international fixtures involving Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all cricket markets:

• A match must reach the minimum number of overs required for a result to be declared (per the relevant governing body's rules) for bets to stand. If a match is abandoned before this threshold, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets accepted after an event has occurred (e.g., a wicket falling) but before the platform's data feed updates are subject to voiding at vt8's discretion.
• Player performance bets (runs scored, wickets taken) are settled on official match statistics published by the relevant cricket board within 24 hours of match completion.

Casino & Slots Rules

Casino games (live dealer and RNG slots) are provided by certified third-party suppliers. The rules for each game are accessible within the game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available in the game information panel. vt8 does not modify game mechanics or RTP settings beyond the configurations published by the game provider.

Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during an active game round or live bet, vt8's system will handle the round according to the game provider's published disconnection rules. For sports bets, if a disconnection occurs after a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, the bet stands and will be settled normally. vt8 is not responsible for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vt8 platform:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, submitting forged or altered identification documents, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand information in live card games, or split winnings from a coordinated betting strategy in sports markets.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over human players.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between vt8 and other platforms using bonus funds or placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering: Using the vt8 platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a mechanism to obscure the source of money derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal through your bank or mobile payment provider after depositing funds on vt8, without first raising the dispute with vt8 support. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for the amount disputed.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing vt8 staff, live chat agents, or other players via any communication channel associated with vt8.
• Exploiting system errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, software bug, or misconfigured pricing to accumulate funds that you know or reasonably should know were not intended to be made available.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by vt8

vt8 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where vt8 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following applies:

• The player has breached these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body has directed vt8 to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account at the time of suspension will be frozen until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be restored and the account reopened. If a breach is confirmed, vt8 may void part or all of the balance in proportion to the funds derived from the prohibited activity.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting vt8 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after standard identity checks. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players may also close their account as part of the responsible gaming self-exclusion process. Self-exclusion closures are permanent for the duration selected by the player (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months). 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vt8's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided by vt8 shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to vt8 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vt8 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if vt8 was advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.
• Losses attributable to the player's own violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

vt8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While vt8 targets platform availability of 99.9% on an annualised basis, vt8 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may be carried out with or without advance notice.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games hosted on vt8 and provided by third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) are subject to those providers' own terms of service. vt8 acts as a distribution and wallet interface for these games but is not responsible for game-level errors, disconnections, or disputes that originate within a provider's own system. Such disputes must first be raised with vt8 support, who will escalate to the relevant provider where appropriate.

10 Amendments to These Terms

vt8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vt8 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a notification displayed upon login for a period of not less than 7 days following the change taking effect.

The revised Terms will be published at vt8.my/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the vt8 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a revision to these Terms, you must cease using vt8 and close your account before the revised Terms take effect. You may close your account by contacting [email protected].
